BilMar WebPublishing Company was first established in Surrey, British Columbia back in 2004, and grew into a successful website design and online marketing business now registered and running out of my home town of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

My business took on a new life after listening and learning that there was an important need for my website skills and online marketing knowledge from individuals and small companies that didn't have the large budget, nor the technical expertise to promote their websites successfully online.

Plus there were many I talked with that already had websites designed for them, but they just didn't have the time or the necessary manpower to upkeep them, and utilize their full marketing potential over the Internet. Their websites turned out to be useless fancy looking business cards that never make it out of the wallets and purses of the owners, and unfortunately most of them paid big dollars for these sites!
